KBG Security Solutions Ltd is looking for experienced SIA Door Supervisors to join our established team at one of Lincoln's busy licensed venues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to secure regular weekend work with an ACS Approved security company that values professionalism, reliability and teamwork.
Please note: We are only interested in applicants with proven experience working in pubs, bars or nightclubs. This role is not suitable for newly qualified Door Supervisors or those without experience in the night-time economy.
The Role
As part of our team, you'll play an important role in creating a safe and welcoming environment while working closely with venue management and fellow Door Supervisors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Controlling access to the venue
- Managing queues professionally
- Conducting refusals confidently and lawfully
- Preventing disorder and anti-social behaviour
- De-escalating conflict using effective communication
- Working as part of an experienced security team
- Completing incident reports where required
- Delivering excellent customer service throughout the shift
We're looking for Door Supervisors who are proactive, professional and confident in dealing with the realities of the licensed trade—not individuals who simply want to stand on a door.
Essential Requirements
✔ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
✔ Proven experience working in pubs, bars or nightclubs
✔ Excellent communication and conflict management skills
✔ Professional appearance and attitude
✔ Reliable, punctual and committed to weekend work
✔ Ability to work confidently in a busy night-time economy environment
Applicants without previous licensed venue experience will not be considered.
