This role is pivotal in supporting accurate forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting related to Sco ttishPow er Renewables land leases, enabling the business to make informed decisions and maintain strong relationships with landowners. The Land & Estates A nalyst will be responsible for processing payments in line with lease obligations and resolving any payment queries or issues.
This role is responsible for managing S cottishPow er Re ne wable s landowner payments and lease-related financial activities, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in line with lease obligations. You will resolve payment queries, maintain comprehensive lease and payment records within corporate systems, and support leas e rene gotia tions th rough timely and accurate financial administration.
Working closely with Land & Estates , Legal and Control teams, you will ensure the financial accuracy of lease agreements, payment schedules and contractual terms. You will use financial systems, particularly SAP RE, to manage data, monitor transactions and support the effective administration of land lease portfolios.
You will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis, supporting annual planning and quarterly reforecasting activities. By tracking spend against budget, investigating variances and providing meaningful insights, you will help inform business decisions while identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and reporting efficiency.
