Compliance Administrator
Location: Birmingham, B37 7HE (office-based role)
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 08:30–17:00, Friday, 07:30-16:00 (30-minute daily unpaid break)
Salary: £26,436.80 per year
Overview
We are a growing and ambitious global company looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with business administration experience who is eager to develop their skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. Working closely with members of the Compliance and Client Services team, you'll play a key role in delivering administrative tasks for the business, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What You'll Be Doing:
- Carry out accurate data entry and administrative tasks to support the Parking Charge (PC) process
- Interpret issues arising and implement actions according to administrative policies and procedures
- Photocopy / scan relevant documents
- Support with managing internal mailboxes
- Open all post, accurately log on our system and distribute to relevant departments
- Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences and project team activities
- Assist other teams with administrative duties
- Review images of vehicles to ensure the registration number read by the camera matches the images and match up payments where possible
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
