About the role
Modern Movers Ltd is launching a dedicated cleaning division to support our removals customers with professional cleaning services.
We are looking for reliable and experienced cleaners to help with:
- End of tenancy cleaning
- Move out cleaning
- Move in cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Kitchen cleaning
- Bathroom cleaning
- Oven and fridge cleaning
- Internal window cleaning
- Landlord and tenant handover cleans
This role is ideal for someone with good cleaning experience who takes pride in their work and can follow a clear checklist.
Main responsibilities
- Carry out deep cleaning in residential properties
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Clean ovens, fridges, cupboards and internal windows
- Follow cleaning checklists and instructions from the supervisor
- Report any damage, heavy stains or access issues
- Work as part of a small team
- Make sure the property is cleaned to a professional standard before handover
Experience preferred
- End of tenancy cleaning experience
- Deep cleaning experience
- Oven and fridge cleaning experience
- Experience working in empty properties
- Carpet cleaning experience would be helpful but is not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and professional
Requirements
- Right to work in the UK
- Able to travel across London
- Able to follow instructions and checklists
- Able to provide references or examples of previous work
- Flexible availability preferred
- DBS preferred but not essential
