About You
We are looking for a Part Time Store Service Advisor to join our team in Oxford Street with previous experience within retail. You love sneakers and you have a real flair for connecting with customers, in tune with our target consumers, and you are a great communicator with a genuine interest in each client. You are organised efficient and have great attention to detail.
You will be working with a small team of full and part time staff with a mission to maximise sales. The ideal candidate will need to have confidence of working in a small team, engaging customers, boosting sales and creating a positive atmosphere in a premium environment
We are looking for the right candidates that have the willingness to learn and adapt. You must be approachable, interested and engaging. You must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting managers with the efficient running of the store.
- Ensuring that, at all times, customers are dealt with politely, attentively and efficiently and that Customer Service is of paramount importance.
- Ensuring that the store is clean, tidy and merchandised in line with the store display manual.
- Working with the team to deliver store targets.
