Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
Identify products using iun-house search tools
Provide accurate quotations while managing margin expectations
Process purchasae orders within our ERP system
Oversee order progress, ensuring timely delivery and customer updates
Manage deposit returns and refunds
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in technical sales with an understanding of customer needs
Ability to work within a small team and foster strong cross-functional relationships
Knowledge of Powertrain and remanufactured products would be beneficial but not essential
