We're recruiting Behaviour Mentors to join a specialist SEMH school in West Drayton. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who require consistency, encouragement and positive role models to help them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
- Build positive relationships that promote trust, confidence and engagement.
- Support pupils with behaviour management and emotional regulation.
- Work alongside teachers and pastoral staff to implement behaviour support strategies.
- Help create a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment.
- Experience working with children or young people, ideally within education, SEMH, SEND, care or youth work.
- Calm, resilient and confident supporting pupils with behaviours that may challenge.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about helping young people succeed.
