The Marketing Executive delivers Tax Desk's marketing and demand-generation activity across content, social, inbound and outbound campaigns. It is a full-time role working in London from 9-5.30pm with 4 weeks leave and bank holidays. This would suit someone who has some experience of marketing and business development
Working closely with Business Development – Enterprise and Business Development – e-comm and introducers, the postholder builds targeted prospect lists, launches and tracks outreach, and uses campaign data to iterate quickly. The role combines hands-on content creation with modern marketing automation and AI tooling and takes ownership of the firm's LinkedIn presence, AI telephone agents, events and media relations.
Key Responsibilities
Content and social
- Deliver day-to-day marketing activities across channels.
- Run Tax Desk's LinkedIn channels, including scheduling, posts and images.
- Produce campaign content across formats.
Data and prospecting
- Identify new contacts and source their data.
- Carry out data research to support targeting.
- Use tools such as Clay and LinkedIn to build prospect lists and launch outreach.
Inbound and outbound campaigns
- Help run inbound campaigns.
- Manage LAGM scheduling.
- Help run outbound campaigns to reach high-growth companies and key decision-makers.
- Track campaign results including opens, replies and conversions, and suggest improvements.
- Bring ideas and insights from campaign data to iterate fast.
Systems, automation and AI
- Support the setup of automation workflows and sales systems.
- Own Tax Desk's AI telephone agents.
Events and media
- Support and coordinate events.
- Manage media relations.

Person Specification
- Educated to degree or equivalent with marketing or sales experience
- Preferably have or working towards a Marketing or Sales qualification
- Experience in a marketing, growth or demand-generation role, ideally within professional services or B2B.
- Able to write copy and content for different audiences and channels
- Collate and analyse data
- Familiarity with Wordpress, CRM (Hubspot), mailing systems (Brevo), sales database (Clay) and design package (Canva)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Confident with LinkedIn content and scheduling, and comfortable producing posts and simple graphics.
- Hands-on with prospecting and outreach tools such as Apollo, Clay and LinkedIn.
- Data-literate, with the ability to research contacts and interpret campaign metrics to drive improvements.
- Interested in marketing automation, sales systems and AI tooling.
- Fast-moving, organised and able to manage several campaigns at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional style.
