Job Overview:
We are seeking a part time Office Administrator to join our small friendly team. The successful candidate will be required to complete a variety of different tasks such as the following:
- General office duties
- Basic accounting processors
- Technical support including internal auditing (training will be provided)
- Minuting H&S and managing any actions if required
- Organising external services
- Organising internal checks
Qualifications/Attributes:
- Basic IT skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- It would be an advantage to have experience in working within an office environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate internally and externally
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
Pay: £12.89-£13.89 per hour
