Early Years Practitioner – Join the Nanny Bears Family at Buckfastleigh
We are excited to be looking for passionate and caring Early Years Practitioners to join our growing Nanny Bears family.
We are seeking qualified practitioners with a minimum Level 2 Childcare qualification and experience in a similar role. Contracts are available for between 24 and 25.5 hours per week, working days of Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday.

About You
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Hold a full and relevant Level 2 (or above) Childcare qualification
- Have previous experience in a similar role
- Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
- Have a good understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Are confident in supporting high-quality teaching and learning experiences
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understand safeguarding responsibilities and best practice
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive, close-knit team
- Can use your initiative to create engaging and inspiring activities
- Bring positivity, enthusiasm and a genuine love of working with children
