Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Night Auditor/Night Duty Manager/Night Porter to join our hotel team in. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and guest services, offering an opportunity to work overnight shifts while ensuring smooth hotel operations during the night hours. Duties
- Handle all front desk responsibilities during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing enquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Conduct nightly financial reconciliation and prepare reports for management.
- Monitor security of the premises, including surveillance checks and patrolling public areas.
- Assist with organising late-night bookings and coordinating with other hotel departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the shift.
- Support other team members as required, including assisting with room service or concierge duties during quieter periods. should have a knowledge to prepare breakfast buffet/set up.

Skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for handling guest enquiries professionally.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail to manage reservations, reports, and guest records accurately.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during busy or challenging situations.
- Knowledge of hospitality software systems is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
