This vacancy is open for experienced domiciliary care managers or care coordinators aiming to become registered mangers. The Company will train, upskill and support the right candidate to obtain required qualifications and support to be successfully approved as Domiciliary Care Manager by Care Quality Commission. Experienced care manager candidates can expect to takeover fully operational and compliant homecare service.
Role of Care Manager
- Leadership & Oversight
- Manage care staff teams delivering support in clients’ homes.
- Ensure rotas are efficient and responsive to client needs.
- Provide supervision, training, and performance reviews.
- Regulatory Compliance
- Act as the Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
- Maintain compliance with health & social care regulations, safeguarding, and data protection.
- Keep policies, procedures, and audits up to date.
- Client-Centric Care
- Assess client needs and create personalised care plans.
- Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Operational Management
- Oversee recruitment, induction, and retention of care staff.
- Manage budgets, invoicing, and payroll.
- Liaise with local authorities, NHS, and other stakeholders.
- Strategic Development
- Grow the service sustainably (new contracts, expanding coverage).
- Implement digital systems for scheduling, compliance, and reporting.
- Foster community relationships and brand reputation.
