Job Title: Recruitment & Payroll Administrator

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Payroll Administrator to join our team. The Role
You will be responsible for managing our weekly contractor payroll, ensuring all payments are processed accurately, on time and in line with current payroll legislation and company procedures. You'll work closely with accounts, contractors, clients and colleagues to resolve payroll queries, process timesheets and support with invoicing.
Alongside payroll, you'll also prepare and issue contracts for clients and candidates, assist with bookings and provide a range of recruitment administration support to help keep our operations running efficiently.
This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process weekly contractor payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and internal procedures.
- Process timesheets and support contractor invoicing.
- Respond promptly to payroll queries from contractors and clients.
- Prepare and issue contracts for clients and candidates.
- Assist with bookings and general recruitment administration.
- Support the wider team with administrative tasks as the business grows.
Requirements
- Previous payroll or recruitment experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.
- Computer literate
- Confident working in a fast paced environment
Working Hours
We are looking for someone to work around 20 hours per week initially, however as our business continues to expand, there is clear potential for this role to develop into a full-time position for the right person.
We would also be happy to consider candidates seeking full-time employment from the outset, provided they are willing to support the wider team with additional recruitment administration duties alongside payroll.

Pay: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year

- Weybridge KT13 8HD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
