Duties
- Welcome guests warmly, provide attentive service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including basic cooking, plating, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area and kitchen workspace.
- Support kitchen staff by preparing ingredients, assisting with food assembly, and managing inventory levels.
- Follow all food safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver prompt service without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong knowledge of guest services, serving techniques, and food safety practices.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately.
