Trainee Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

We’re currently looking for a Trainee Supervisor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is ready to step up into a Grounds Maintenance role, with full training and support provided.
The Role
As a Trainee Supervisor, you will work closely with an experienced Team Leader while learning to manage a small team and deliver high-quality grounds maintenance services across commercial and public sector sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in leading a small team carrying out tasks such as:
- Grass cutting
- Hedge trimming
- Weed control
- Work across multiple sites, following schedules and site specifications
- Learn to operate and maintain machinery (zero-turn mowers, flails, strimmers, etc.)

Working Hours
- Summer: 42.5 hours per week
- Winter: 37.5 hours per week
Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred
- Willingness to learn, develop, and take on responsibility
