LC-MS/MS Analyst — Waters Quattro Premier*

Bloods UK is a UKAS ISO/IEC 17025-accredited clinical testing laboratory building out an in-house mass spectrometry capability (Waters Quattro Premier triple-quadrupole LC-MS/MS with Acquity UPLC, MassLynx) for steroid hormone and peptide panel testing.
We're hiring an analyst to work under our senior bioanalytical team, running day-to-day sample analysis and following established methods and instructions.
*What you'll do:*
- Run routine sample batches on the Quattro Premier LC-MS/MS and Acquity UPLC
- Follow validated methods and instructions from the senior analytical team
- Support calibration, QC checks, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate documentation to GLP/ISO 17025 standards
- Learn and progress toward greater independence on the instrument over time
*What we're looking for:*
- A background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field
- Some hands-on lab/instrument experience (HPLC, LC-MS or similar) — training will be provided
- Common sense, reliability, and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable following SOPs and instructions precisely
- Prior LC-MS/MS or triple-quad experience is a bonus, not a requirement
