We are currently recruiting Process Operatives to join a busy and well-established meat production facility based in Burradon, Cramlington. This is a temp-to-perm role offering excellent long-term prospects for the right candidates.

Monday to Friday | 6:00am starts

The Role:

Working within a meat processing/production environment

Handling, preparing, and processing meat products
-
Operating machinery and equipment safely
-
Maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and food safety

Working as part of a fast-paced team to meet production targets
Shifts & Pay:

Monday to Friday

Start time: 6:00am (finish times may vary depending on production needs)

£12.21 per hour, with a pay increase after 12 weeks

Ongoing, full-time work with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract
What We’re Looking For:

Previous factory or food production experience is desirable but not essential

Comfortable working in a chilled environment

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Willingness to follow strict food hygiene and health & safety procedures
