Overview
We are seeking a caring and reliable Part-time Maid to provide domestic assistance and driving services to an elderly individual. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, attentive, and capable of supporting daily living activities in a respectful and professional manner. Duties
- Assist with general cleaning and organisation of the home to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
- Prepare light meals
- Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans
- Accompany the elderly person on outings or appointments when needed
- Maintain clear communication with family members regarding the individual’s wellbeing
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including infection control measures
Skills
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive safely within local area
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care is desirable
- Ability to understand and follow care plans effectively
- Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic IT skills for documentation or communication purposes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach towards elderly individuals
- Strong organisational skills to manage daily routines efficiently
