Annual salary circa £40,000 FTE
We're looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join our Asset & Sustainability team on a 3-month fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of an important stock condition survey programme.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be carrying out property inspections, collecting accurate stock condition, HHSRS and RdSAP data, identifying risks, and providing excellent customer service while working in residents' homes.

Experience within housing, asset management, or property services is essential.
If you're organised, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining high-quality data standards, we'd love to hear from you.
What we're looking for:
-
Experience carrying out stock condition surveys or similar property inspections.
-
Knowledge of residential construction, building components, and common defects.
-
Experience collecting and recording survey data digitally.
-
Understanding of HHSRS and RdSAP data collection.
-
Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
-
Ability to work independently and meet programme targets.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can quickly integrate into an established programme and make an immediate impact.
