Junior Sales Associate – Cardiff City Centre

We’re a growing sales and marketing company based in Cardiff city centre, looking for motivated individuals to join our team on a subcontract basis.
The Role
You’ll work face-to-face with customers on behalf of established household brands. Duties include:
- Engaging with customers at events, B2B locations, and residential campaigns
- Meeting daily and weekly targets as part of a team
- Developing sales, communication, and customer service skills through structured training
- Supporting newer team members as you gain experience
Hours & Flexibility
This is a subcontractor position. You set your own schedule, with a minimum of 4 full days per week required (5–6 days preferred).
