Senior care assistant required to work in 28 bed residential care home, Duties include assisting residents with all personal care, administering medication, You will be responsible for taking charge of the shift and ensuring all tasks are completed and recorded. You will be liaising with GPs, DNs, SWs etc and you will report directly to the Registered Manager. The shifts are 8am to 8pm or 8am - 2pm or 2pm -8pm. You will be expected to be on call for shift cover 1 week each month. The successful candidate will need 2 references and a DBS check (cost to be met by the applicant)

Experience:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving License (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
