Full-Time Supervisor
Buck’s Bar – West Regent Street
40–45 hours | Weekly pay | Approx. £200 tips per week
Buck’s Bar West Regent Street is looking for a Full-Time Supervisor to join our team.
We’re after a confident, organised and hard-working team player who can help lead busy shifts, support the management team and keep service running smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone with bar or restaurant supervisory experience who is ready to take the next step into hospitality management.
What you’ll do
- Lead and support the team during service
- Deliver great customer service
- Open and close the bar/restaurant
- Cash up and complete close-down duties
- Manage bar stock control and ordering
- Carry out beer line cleaning
- Help with cleaning rotas and venue standards
- Train new and existing team members
- Support the GM and AGM with daily operations
What we’re looking for
- Bar or restaurant supervisory experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Good organisation and reliability
- Bartending and beverage service experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- A positive attitude and hands-on approach
