Hours: Full-time, This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday. Employees work a combination of 8:00am – 4:00pm and 9:00am – 5:00pm shifts, which are assigned on a rotating weekly rota to provide customer service coverage throughout the day.
No weekend or evening work is required.

The Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly and supportive customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating with people, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers through various communication channels while ensuring all enquiries and orders are handled professionally, accurately, and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
- Manage incoming calls and emails efficiently and professionally.
- Process customer orders and enquiries accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Update customer records, databases, and CRM systems.
- Carry out general administrative duties as required.
- Provide excellent customer service and support at all times.

Experience
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided, and we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
