We are looking for someone with practical experience in email marketing and conversion rate optimisation, who understands how campaigns, customer journeys, funnels, templates, segments and marketing platforms work in day-to-day use.
This role would suit someone who is hands-on, organised and confident reviewing ecommerce journeys, identifying customer drop-off points and recommending practical improvements. You should be comfortable working across campaign support, CRO activity, testing and feedback.
Experience with email marketing, CRM, automation or campaign platforms would be especially useful. Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar or similar analytics tools would also be valuable.
Key responsibilities
- Support client marketing activity, including promotional, re-engagement, reconsent, lifecycle and targeted campaigns.
- Review ecommerce journeys and CRO funnels, identifying customer drop-off points and practical opportunities to improve conversion.
- Use performance data to help turn findings into clear, commercially useful next steps.
- Review email templates, campaign structures, customer segments and lifecycle journeys from a marketer’s perspective.
- Support the marketing system rebuild by helping to check that email, campaign and automation functionality works for real marketing teams.
- Coordinate actions, feedback and decisions across Marketing, Product, Design and Development.
- Review and test new functionality across campaign planning, segmentation, templates, journeys, automation and reporting.
- Capture usability gaps, missing functionality and workflow issues clearly before functionality reaches clients.
- Support email strategy, campaign planning, segmentation and lifecycle journey development where needed.
Experience we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with practical experience across conversion rate optimisation, ecommerce journey review, email marketing and campaign delivery.
You should be comfortable reviewing customer journeys, identifying conversion barriers, analysing funnel performance and recommending practical improvements. You should also have experience with email templates, audience segmentation, campaign workflows and lifecycle journeys.
Experience with the following would be especially useful:
- CRO reviews, ecommerce UX or booking journey optimisation
- GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar or similar analytics tools
