We are looking for part-time Female Carers based in Darlington who are interested to work for short calls and long calls including weekday, and weekend. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a home care setting.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with families and team members.
- Drive to clients' homes as needed, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
MUST HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
Our perfect candidates:
- Have passion for people.
- Are caring and willing to help others.
- Have a full, clean driving license.
- At least 1 year experience in domiciliary care is a must.
- Must have good English and communication skills.
- Happy to travel if living in surrounding areas.
