We're now looking for a Health and Safety Administrator to provide administrative support to the H&S function, ensuring accurate reporting, data management, and compliance documentation across the operation.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Maintaining and updating Health & Safety trackers and databases.
Downloading data from internal systems (Logics) and producing accurate reports.
Completing investigation packs following incidents and accidents.
Creating and distributing Health & Safety reports.
Preparing presentations for meetings and reviews.
Monitoring and interpreting Health & Safety statistics and trends.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
Previous Health & Safety experience is desirable but not essential
Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong administrative experience.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
