Our in-house payments division, LCG Payments, is growing rapidly. We process over £2 million per week in card volume and offer businesses a fully integrated solution that combines EPOS, payment terminals and support – all under one roof.
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated and commercially savvy Payments Specialist to join our sales team. Your focus will be to grow our LCG Payments portfolio by:
- Selling merchant services into our existing EPOS client base
- Working closely with our LSG Purchasing Group division to identify and convert warm merchant services opportunities, currently over 3000 independent Hospitality Operators members
- Generating new business through outbound outreach and referrals
You’ll play a key role in helping venues switch to a simpler, more cost-effective card processing setup with full support from a single provider.
Key Responsibilities
- Win new LCG MID deals across hospitality, retail, sports and leisure
- Cross-sell LCG Payments into Langley’s existing EPOS client base
- Consult with business owners and decision-makers to understand needs
- Deliver competitive proposals and explain pricing clearly
- Work closely with onboarding and support teams for smooth implementation
- Log pipeline activity and outcomes in our internal CRM
- Stay informed on payment regulations and market changes (e.g. PSR)
What We’re Looking For
- B2B sales experience (ideally in payments, EPOS, or technology)
- Confident presenting to owner-operators and multi-site groups
- Motivated by targets with a clear track record of results
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Organised, with the ability to manage a full sales cycle
- UK driving licence – some travel required for face-to-face meetings
