We're looking for a proactive and organised Talent Coordinator to join our People Shared Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with recruitment coordination or administration experience who enjoys delivering an exceptional candidate experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll support the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers, Talent colleagues to attract, engage and onboard talented colleagues across the Knovia Group. From creating job adverts and coordinating interviews to maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and supporting colleagues with their onboarding, you'll play a key role in ensuring an efficient and professional recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities across the Knovia Group

Create and publish engaging job adverts across job boards and social media platforms

Source, screen and shortlist candidates for live vacancies

Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process

Prepare offer letters and employment contracts

Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Support onboarding activities, including right to work documentation, new starter paperwork and welcome calls

Manage the Talent inbox, responding to candidate and stakeholder queries promptly and professionally

Help build employer brand awareness through recruitment marketing and social media content

Produce content for internal communications and support wider People team initiatives

Ensure recruitment activities comply with GDPR, safer recruitment practices and company policies
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from people with recruitment experience, as well as those who have developed transferable skills in administration, coordination, customer service, HR, education, sales, or other people-focused environments.
Experience
-
Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Administration or similar coordination role
-
Experience coordinating interviews and recruitment processes
-
Experience managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Experience maintaining recruitment records or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
-
Experience providing excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders.

Previous candidate sourcing or recruitment campaign experience is advantageous but not essential
Skills & Knowledge

Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel

Confident using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and learning new systems quickly

Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes

Awareness of employment legislation, GDPR and safer recruitment principles is desirable

Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
