Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, restocking supplies as necessary to maintain efficient operations.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a bar setting is preferred, showcasing strong cocktail skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Strong time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and help others when needed
