Duties
- Serve drinks efficiently and courteously to guests at the bar.
- Prepare and replenish bar stock, ensuring all beverages are served in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glasses and cleaning surfaces regularly
- Assist with taking orders and processing payments accurately using the POS system
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service policies. Challange 25.
- Engage with guests to create a positive experience, addressing any queries or concerns promptly
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow
- Restock supplies as needed to keep the bar fully operational throughout shifts
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service is advantageous
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and cash management are required
- Experience in serving or bartending roles will be beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong organisational skills and time management are essential for prioritising tasks during busy periods
- A friendly attitude, good communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team are vital for success in this role
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
