About the Role
As Mala Beauty Lounge continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Beauty & Nail Technician to join our team and help bring our luxury salon experience to a brand-new location.
This is a varied role, perfect for someone who loves both beauty and customer service. Alongside creating beautiful nails, you'll help deliver an exceptional client experience from the moment guests walk through the door.
We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team, takes pride in their work, and is excited by the opportunity to grow with an ambitious beauty brand.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nail treatments including BIAB, Gel Polish, Acrylics, manicures and pedicures.
- Carry out beauty treatments such as brow shaping, brow tinting and lash services (training can be provided where required).
- Welcome clients, manage appointments and support reception duties.
- Respond to client enquiries by phone, email and social media.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service and personalised recommendations.
- Maintain excellent hygiene standards and ensure treatment areas remain immaculate.
- Keep up to date with the latest beauty and nail trends, techniques and products.
- Support the wider team to ensure every client enjoys a seamless luxury experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience as a Nail Technician, Beauty Therapist or in a similar role.
- Is confident delivering BIAB, Gel and Acrylic nail treatments.
- Has experience in beauty treatments such as brows or lashes, or is keen to learn.
- Loves delivering exceptional customer service.
- Is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner.
- Is passionate about beauty, wellbeing and helping clients feel their best.
