Job role: Mobile Plant Fitter – Construction Plant
Location: Stourport-On-Severn
Salary: £40,000.00 - £60,000.00
Shift: Mon-Fri Days 39hrs + OT
I am working closely with a leading Plant Dealership. At this time, they are currently looking for an experienced Plant Fitter to join their team. You’ll be out on the road diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and servicing construction machinery — keeping my clients customers up and running with minimal downtime.
What You’ll Do as a Mobile Plant Fitter:
- Diagnose, service, and repair plant and heavy machinery on customer sites.
- Deliver a first-time fix wherever possible.
- Build strong relationships with customers and represent the company professionally.
- Keep accurate job records using a laptop or PDA.
- Work safely and to the highest standards at all times.
What our next Mobile Plant Fitter will need to Succeed:
- A NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance & Repair (or similar).
- Strong Electrical and Diagnostic Experience
- A full UK driving license.
- Experience working on Heavy Plant Machinery (Excavators)
- A can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively.
