We are a well-established garden maintenance company specialising in high-end residential gardens across Chelsea and the wider London area. The Role
You will work as part of a two-person team, maintaining a regular schedule of prestigious private gardens. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and a genuine love of horticulture are essential. Our clients expect the highest standards, and we support our team with the training, equipment, and environment to deliver them.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lawn mowing, strimming and edging to a high finish
- Hedge cutting, pruning and shaping
- Planting, bed preparation and garden clearance
- Maintaining and caring for a wide variety of garden plants and features
- Operating and maintaining a range of professional grounds maintenance equipment
What We're Looking For
- Solid hands-on garden maintenance experience, ideally in a residential or estate setting
- Strong plant knowledge and a good eye for detail
- RHS Level 2 qualification or above (desirable)
- PA1/PA6 spray certificate (beneficial but not essential)
- Experience with professional grounds maintenance equipment
- A full, valid UK driving licence
- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work

- Salary of £24,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
