About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Lining Operative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of drainage rehabilitation and trenchless technology projects, supporting the delivery of essential services while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.
Reporting to the Ganger, you will be responsible for carrying out lining and rehabilitation works on-site, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
What you will be doing

Undertake lining and drainage rehabilitation works as assigned by the Ganger, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standard.

Carry out CCTV drainage surveys, including pre and post-installation inspections.

Perform high-pressure water jetting operations.

Complete robotic cutting works where required.

Install patch liners and full-length lining systems, including ambient cure, hot cure, and LED cure technologies.

Carry out pipe bursting and slip lining activities to rehabilitate or replace existing pipework.

Undertake manhole and chamber renovation works, including benching repairs, infiltration sealing, resin injection, and spray lining.

Provide clear job completion updates, recommendations, and details of any additional works required.

Complete all paperwork accurately and maintain detailed records of works undertaken.

Ensure all works are carried out in line with company Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.

Wear and maintain appropriate PPE at all times and report any accidents, incidents, or near misses.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring all waste and debris are removed from site.

Ensure all required tools, materials, and equipment are available to complete assigned tasks.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and customers to support successful project delivery.

Participate in training, development opportunities, team meetings, and annual performance reviews.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For

Full UK Driving Licence.

Minimum 1 year's experience within drainage, utilities, or trenchless rehabilitation works. (advantageous)

Confined Spaces certification.

CSCS Card.
-
Strong commitment to health and safety.

Streetworks qualification (highly advantageous)

Pipe and Patch Lining experience. (advantageous)

Experience of CCTV surveying, jetting, robotic cutting, and trenchless rehabilitation techniques (advantageous)
