We’re looking for a Holiday Cottage Cleaner to prepare our popular holiday cottages in Port Gaverne PL29 3SQ and Doyden PL29 3SU.
Due to the remote location of some our places, please consider how you might travel to work before you apply. Free parking is available at these cottages.
Hours/ working pattern: Part-time, 9.75 hours per week.
Changeover days typically fall on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays but flexibility is essential due to popular short breaks and late bookings which can come it at any time. On changeover days expect to start around 9:30am and finish 3:30pm, depending on what is required. Rotas are issued in advance, and we try to accommodate other commitments wherever possible.
Salary: £12.75 per hour.

In this role you will cover a variety of our cottages in the pretty fishing hamlet of Port Gaverne. You will also cover Doyden, which is where you will find Stable Cottage, Doyden Castle and the imposing Doyden House comprising four charming holiday apartments.
What you'll be doing:On changeover days, you’ll make sure that everything’s pristine and ready for the next guests to arrive. This will include making sure the cottage is thoroughly cleaned, well-presented and welcoming. We’d also like you to keep an eye out for anything that’s not as it should be, and report any repairs or odd jobs that need doing. If you need to, you’ll also replace any broken items from the store supplies. You may be working alone in one of our smaller cottages or as part of a team at one of our larger properties.
Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided for all teams, and extra measures are in place to protect staff.
