We are looking for an experienced, mature person to work on a prestigious residential development in Helensburgh. You would deliver and maintain our service standards whilst on site reporting directly to the area manager. The role itself is mainly daily tasks and duties ensuring the development operates smoothly and safely when on site. Whilst all the time ensuring all health & safety, quality and environmental issues are delivered in the proper manner. Dealing with the development owners/residents enquiries, recording contractor activities, fault reporting, litter picking, some cleaning, daily reports, common area checks, car park supervision and gritting when required.
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
