Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality domestic cleaning to company standard.
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and polishing.
- Cleaning kitchen, bathrooms and living areas.
- Changing bed linen when requested.
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Providing friendly and professional customer service.
- Reporting any issues or damages promptly.
- Arrington on time and completing work efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Right to work in the UK.
- DBS holder
- At least 2 referrals from previous cleaning service.
- Ability to travel within Birmingham and surrounding areas.
Desirable
- Own transportation
- Own cleaning equipment and products
- Previous experience in domestic, Airbnb or end-of-tenancy cleaning.
