Role Overview
As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be tasked with supporting the sales team to drive revenue and deliver outstanding service. This role focuses on handling enquiries, preparing itinerary documents, processing sales documents, working in our exclusive App, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.
The right candidate will have a desire to be successful in a permanent role, be flexible and willing to get involved in all aspects of the business, will be a self-starter, can prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
You will have the ability to work on your own, with other team members and with management to deliver the award-winning service that our clients have come to expect from us.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
- Respond to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare quotes, proposals and travel itinerary documents
- Assist with booking processes, confirmations, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and APP systems
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to support conversion
- Ensure all client communications are clear, accurate, and aligned with brand standards
- Support post-sale activities, including amendments and customer follow-up
- Provide general coordination support for individual and group travel bookings
Skills & Experience
- Reliable with a strong personal integrity
- Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or admin role
- Great people skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
- Team player with a positive and flexible attitude
Desirable
- Experience within the travel industry
- Knowledge of booking systems or travel platforms
- Experience supporting a B2C and B2B sales environment
