The IT Operations Officer is a new role and will take responsibility for delivering frontline technical support services globally. Key areas of work include resolving day-to-day hardware, software, and network disruptions, onboarding support-level tasks, triaging user support requests, device management through Intune and Autopilot, account administration, onboarding and offboarding processes, and maintaining IT documentation and asset records.
Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, working collaboratively across teams and departments, the IT Operations Officer will ensure technology supports the delivery of WFDs programmes and global services by promoting effective use of digital tools and online platforms.
Opportunities to participate in plans to ensure WFDs technology services remain secure, effective, and aligned with organisational goals. And contribute to WFDs wider digital transformation and organisational development initiatives. This includes supporting Cyber Essentials accreditation, user training, change management activities, technology procurement, and the Joint Technology Action Plan will be available for the successful postholder.
