As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities, strengthen our brand presence and support business growth.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional to join our growing business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified enquiries and support the Company’s commercial objectives.
You will work closely with the Company Director to develop campaigns, manage digital platforms and monitor marketing performance while ensuring that all marketing activities align with the Company’s values and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing the Company’s marketing strategy.
* Planning and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
* Managing the Company’s website and social media platforms.
* Creating engaging marketing content for online and offline channels.
* Developing and maintaining the Company’s brand identity.
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
* Monitoring campaign performance and preparing marketing reports.
* Supporting lead generation and client acquisition activities.
* Working with external suppliers where required.
* Assisting with promotional activities before, during and after events.
* Identifying new marketing opportunities to support business growth.
* Ensuring all marketing activities comply with Company policies and applicable legislation.
Essential Requirements
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
* Previous experience in a marketing role.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience using Microsoft Office and common marketing software.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
It would be advantageous to have:
* Experience within the events or hospitality industry.
* Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Graphic design or content creation skills.
* Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns.
* Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
* Project management experience.
