Job Vacancy: Qualified Experienced Florist
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Florist to join our busy city centre shop.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, assisting customers, supporting the day-to-day running of the shop, and helping to showcase our work through engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating fresh and bespoke floral arrangements
- Providing excellent customer service in-store and over the phone
- Assisting with general shop duties and upkeep
- Creating and posting social media content (photos, videos, and stories) to promote our products and brand
- Occasional delivery of orders when required
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist (essential)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Confident using social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- A full driving licence is preferred, as some delivering may be required
- Excellent communication & organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
