CarePlus Healthcare Services Ltd is a Homecare Agency in London and our Office in Bournemouth require a Registered manager. We have a contract with Dorset County Council and NHS Complex Care and have over 1000 hrs per week. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who works well under minimal supervision and able to expand further. As our Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the agency. As a regulated business, we expect the candidate to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and be familiar with all the relevant legislation and regulations
Reports to: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
At least 2 years experience of managing a Homecare Agency as a Registered Manager
A good working knowledge, with a proven record of CQC standards and can work towards achieving Good.
Lead a dedicated team of support staff, providing guidance, training, and motivation. - Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to residents` unique needs and goals.
-Manage and increase new referrals and effectively develop new business -Collaborate with medical professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive care and holistic support.
-Managing the delivery of care services - Foster a supportive and inclusive community that promotes residents` mental well-being and independence.
-Monitor and maintain the regulatory compliance, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care. - Ensuring strict compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations.
- Managing staff and resources effectively.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans.
- Liaising with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Growing the business with both local authority business and private hours. Job requirements: - Proven experience in a leadership role within the health and social care sector or mental health - you will need be a competent and experienced manager who is enthusiastic looking for a challenge in the career sector.
Relevant care management qualification, such as NVQ Level 5 in leadership management or relevant
