Hours of work:
This position is 22.5 hours per week. Rolling two week rota:
Week 1 - Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
Week 2- Monday, Thursday and Friday.
The responsibilities of a receptionist at Cloverleaf in Lincoln include:
· Welcome all visitors to the care home courteously, determine the reason for their visit and check their identity,
· Telephone appropriate departments regarding the visitor’s arrival,
· General filing and preparation of archiving to forward to central archive store,
· Provide administrative support to the Administrator as and when required,
· Assist with the processing of clients payments using the card payment terminal,
· Maintain staff register and sickness files ensuring the relevant documents/spreadsheets are kept up to date,
· Take payments from visitors/residents and receipt as necessary.
