About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst to play a critical role in shaping how our manufacturing business operates, scales, and evolves.

What you’ll be doing
· Partner with stakeholders across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and beyond to understand needs and shape solutions
· Translate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables that drive value
· Work closely with SAP experts to design and optimise end-to-end production and operational processes
· Support delivery from concept through to go-live, ensuring quality delivery throughout
· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, standardise processes, and enhance data quality across operations
Your focus
You’ll play a key role across our Plan-to-Produce lifecycle, including:
· Production planning and scheduling
· Shop floor execution
· Manufacturing master data and BOM governance
· Capacity planning and operational reporting
What we’re looking for
· Experience working as a Business Analyst or a Process Engineer in SAP environment
· Solid understanding of manufacturing processes
· Proven ability to break down complex processes and communicate solutions clearly
· Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement

Pay: From £40,000.00 per year
