Job Summary
Located near Tower Bridge, Smith's of Wapping has become well known as one of London's best seafood restaurants and are now recruiting for part time and full time experienced waiting staff to join its established team;
The ideal candidates must have previous experience working in a top end, high volume restaurant and must be eligible to work in the UK.
You must demonstrate:
- Advanced organisational and planning skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to the workload
- First-rate personal hygiene smart appearance
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Eager to learn and progress within the company
- Excellent cocktail knowledge
- Work behind bar and also run drinks to the restaurant, serve water and wine to guests at the table
