Job Summary:
AZH Web & Digital Solutions Ltd is seeking a Digital Delivery Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of digital projects and technology solutions. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to keep projects on schedule while driving operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Supervise the day-to-day delivery of digital projects and services.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and delivery timelines.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and key deliverables.
- Support Agile project planning, sprint coordination, and workflow management.
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and performance metrics.
- Ensure projects meet client expectations, business objectives, and quality standards.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with digital technologies, project delivery practices, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Experience in digital project delivery, technology, web development, IT operations, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, or digital workflows is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent practical experience are welcomed.

Pay: £3,900.00-£5,500.00 per month
