We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Air Conditioning Apprentice to join us on our journey. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive and forward-thinking business.
Your Learning Journey
As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience across all aspects of the air conditioning industry, including:
· Installation of new air conditioning systems
· Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
· Attending reactive call-outs
· Fault finding and diagnostics
· Repairs and remedial works
You will be supported throughout to develop the skills and knowledge required to become a fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer through our structured and successful apprenticeship programme.
Your Training Pathway
Whether you are a school leaver or already have some experience within a trade, we offer a variety of apprenticeship routes tailored to suit your background and career goals. Full details of training options and progression pathways will be discussed at interview stage.
