Job Description
*Experience is required, we have a busy pub kitchen.
No more late nights, we stop food service at 6pm virtually every day!
Our food service times are 10am to 6pm.
Chef/cook required to work in our kitchen as part of our expanding team.
At least 2 - 5-years 'real-time' experience is required, please do not apply unless you have at least this amount of experience.
We are looking for someone that is reliable, honest, hard working enthusiastic and takes pride in what they do.
Good communication skills are required along with a full understanding of the English language.
We want someone who is able to commit to our business and benefit from our success, a person who enjoys working with others as a team member and who has the ability to appreciate their colleagues input.
Being able to work all shifts, especially being able work weekends, is a job requirement, please do not apply if you can't do this.
Level-2 Health & Hygiene Certificate (dated current).

Salary: £12.21 to £16 /hour this depends totally on your ability, experience qualification availability and interview succcess..
Pay rate depends on the above & UK Minimum Wage Rate for Age always apply.

Some Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
- Hot & Cold section experience.
- Have a pleasant attitude and smart attentive demeanor.
