Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials.
- Carry out manual tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving building materials and tools safely and efficiently.
- Support tradespeople with tasks like mixing concrete, installing insulation, or assembling scaffolding.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards at all times.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads to complete assigned tasks promptly.
- Help with loading and unloading materials from trucks or storage areas.
- Participate in safety meetings and adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
