The Factory Operative will play an essential role in maintaining the quality, efficiency, and safety of our production processes. This hands-on position is ideal for a proactive and reliable individual with a strong work ethic who enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Pick orders and components accurately in line with production requirements
· Assemble rigid units following the successful completion of training
· Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all aspects of work
· Follow and promote health and safety procedures at all times
· Keep work areas clean, organised and safe
· Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and on-the-job training
· Undertake other reasonable duties as required to support the efficient operation of the business
Experience & Skills:
· Previous experience in a similar manufacturing role is advantageous.
· Confident in manual handling and lifting techniques.
· Strong awareness and understanding of workplace health and safety.

· Capable of working with minimal supervision.
